The information provided on each application form will only be used to answer this request. It must be as complete as possible to avoid the unjustified publication of any data based on an incorrect request.
To exercise your rights, and to prevent any unauthorised disclosure of your personal data, you must provide us with a proof of your identity. We therefore request that you preferably add a copy of the front of your identity card to your request.
If the information available with the request is insufficient, additional information may be requested by an Acerta employee.
This is a basic right that is free of charge and we will handle each request correctly and carefully within 30 days of receiving all information. These thirty days commence from the moment that we have received all relevant information.
